Michael Erlik
Michael spent his formative years in Lyon, France, with the grandmaster Paul Bocuse and Pastry Chef MOF Pascal Molines, among others.
Following his work at the two Michelin stars “La Belle Otero” in Cannes, Boston`s award-winning Clio,
and Israel`s luxurious Carmel Forest Spa Resort, he soon became the chef of choice for embassies and diplomats, as well as some Forbes list billionaires.
Always in pursuit of seasonal produce and exotic flavors, Michael brings two decades of fine dining & catering experience, traditional and contemporary to M Cuisine, at the heart of Hong Kong.
